Are these systems customizable?
Yes. Virtually any space can be used for a solvent system.

What type of pump do you recommend?
Although conventional pumps can be used with the solvent system, we recommend the use of diaphragm style
pumps for additional safety, virtually eliminating fire hazard. The Welch diaphragm pump and NKF pumps offer
a variety of price options and can be operated with or without a controller.

How much solvent can be dried before the columns are exhausted?
While some solvents are purified as a by-product of the drying process; these systems are used to provide
anhydrous and anaerobic.

Can we regenerate our columns by ourselves?
We do not recommend regeneration; it is only a short time fix. It is a toxic and inefficient procedure and does not
guarantee proper results. We will, however, exchange exhausted columns for new, fully conditioned towers for the
nominal cost of materials and shipping.

Is the system fully operational when we buy it?
It is a turn-key system, ready to use without any further purchases except solvents. Except in custom situations
all systems are designed for self start up.
